We want you to love every book you order. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds process works.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.
Go to My Account → Order History, select the order, and choose "Request Return". Alternatively, write to us at support@nexabooks.in or use our Contact Us form with your order number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share return instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI, which may take a little longer to reflect.
Prefer a different title or edition instead of a refund? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll arrange an exchange wherever stock allows, adjusting any price difference.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped, from My Account → Order History. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery as per the policy above.
