These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nexabooks.in and any purchase you make from BookNest ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@nexabooks.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We try to ensure that book details, images, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and you may choose to confirm or cancel it.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability). Payment must be completed in full at checkout via the payment methods available on the Site, except where Cash on Delivery is offered for eligible pin codes.
Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Site are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed over to our delivery partner, though we will assist with claims for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on the Site — including the BookNest name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to BookNest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Book content itself remains the property of its respective authors and publishers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, posting fraudulent reviews or orders, scraping content without permission, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kota, Rajasthan.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
